
The IRS issued a 14-page tax calendar publication, which is useful for helping with insomnia. Instead, here are some upcoming, common due dates that you should be aware of:
January 31st
- 1099 filings
- W-2 and annual payroll filings
- Quarterly payroll filings
March 17th (normally it is the 15th, but it falls on a Saturday this year)
- Partnership tax returns
- S-corp tax returns
April 15th
- Individual tax returns
- 1st quarter estimated tax payments for individuals
- Corporate tax returns
June 16th
- 2nd quarter estimated tax payments for individuals
September 15th
- 3rd quarter estimated tax payments for individuals
- Extended due date for partnership tax returns
- Extended due date for s-corp tax returns
October 15th
- Extended due date for individual tax returns
January 15th (of 2026)
- 4th quarter estimated tax payments for individuals
