That may seem to be the likely scenario, but this is what is most likely to happen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your main products and services suffer because attention is being diverted somewhere else.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new products or services don\u2019t receive the proper amount of time and attention, which ends up causing it to fail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>There are situations when it makes sense to add new products and services, but not often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Starting Another Business<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same applies to starting another business. Unless the new business is complimentary to your existing business, the activities of the new business will most likely not be profitable.
