They can be basic to more advanced and include items such as start and stop times, expected overtime, number of hours, how long to complete a project, which tasks to work on, workload, due dates and expectations of interactions with other staff members and customers. Expectations can also include career development and advancement opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do your employees have the proper resources to do their jobs effectively and efficiently? Items include equipment, such as computers, monitors, chairs, workspace set-up, software to perform their tasks, and a comfortable work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep all communications very clear and concise.
